The manufacturer of PetSafe products, Radio Systems Corp., provides a Lifetime Warranty on all parts and a one year warranty on labor. Below is the exact warranty information provided by the manufacturer:

PetSafe has a One Year Warranty on parts and one year on labor. PetSafe guarantees all parts of this product for life against manufacturing or parts defects. Misuse or incorrect handling is not covered. If your unit cannot be repaired, PetSafe may replace it with new or reconditioned merchandise. PetSafe will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or its failure to work, or any incidental or consequential damages.

Please read the following instructions carefully before sending your PetSafe product to our repair facilities:

If you have owned your product for less than 1 year, no labor charges apply to Radio Systems Corp.

If you have owned your unit OVER 1 YEAR, a labor charge will apply:

Receivers (unit worn on pet's neck) Remove collar, probes, & battery before sending it in. We are not able to return them if they are included with your return!
All products Include a piece of paper with the following information:

Your Daytime Phone Number
(This piece of paper will be used as your return address label, so please write clearly)
